Terms of Service

These terms cover using Snap2Poster to turn a photo into an AI-generated poster. By using the site, you agree to them.

Where we actually are right now: paid purchases (unwatermarked downloads, print-ready files) aren’t live yet — the pricing shown on this site is a preview of what’s coming. Today, Snap2Poster generates a free, watermarked preview. The sections below describe the terms that apply once paid downloads launch, so this page doesn’t need rewriting the day they do.

What you’re allowed to upload

• Photos you own or have the right to use.
• No illegal content, no content that infringes someone else’s rights, no content depicting minors inappropriately or without consent to be photographed.

We can refuse to process, or remove, any upload that violates this.

Ownership of what you upload and what you get back

You keep ownership of the photo you upload. By uploading it, you grant us a limited license to process it (send it to our AI provider, generate a poster, store the result) solely to provide the service back to you. Once generated, the poster is yours to use — we don’t claim ownership of your output.

AI generation is not exact

The AI is prompted to preserve your original composition, landmarks, and any people in the photo, and we’ve tuned it specifically for that — but it’s a generative model, not a filter. Results can vary and occasionally miss the mark. We don’t guarantee a pixel-exact or artifact-free result for every photo.

Service availability

Snap2Poster is an early-stage product. Features, styles, and pricing may change, and the service may have downtime, especially while we’re actively building it. We’ll try to avoid surprises, but we can’t promise the service will always be available.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Snap2Poster.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
