Refund Policy

Where we actually are right now: paid purchases aren’t live on Snap2Poster yet, so nothing has been charged and there’s nothing to refund today. This page describes the policy that will apply the moment paid downloads launch, so it’s in place before the first purchase happens rather than written after the fact.

If generation fails

If you pay and the AI generation fails to produce a usable result, you’ll get a free re-roll first (see the pricing page for how many are included). If re-rolls don’t fix it, you’re entitled to a full refund for that purchase — this one isn’t negotiable, you shouldn’t pay for output you didn’t get.

If you change your mind

Because each purchase unlocks an immediate, ready-to-use digital download (not a physical, returnable good), we don’t offer refunds once the unwatermarked files have been downloaded. If you haven’t downloaded yet and want to cancel, email us and we’ll sort it out.

Subscriptions

Once subscription plans (Creator, Business) are live, you can cancel anytime and you won’t be charged again — we don’t prorate or refund the current billing period, but nothing renews after you cancel.
